Return Policy

How long is each leash?


Each retractable lead extends up to 10 feet (3 meters), giving both dogs plenty of freedom while still keeping you in full control.

Will it work for large dogs?


The RotoLeash™ 360 is engineered to handle a combined weight of up to 110 lbs (50 kg), perfect for small and medium dogs. If you have larger dogs, we recommend only using the RotoLeash™ 360 if they're well-trained.

How does the 360° swivel core prevent tangling?


The rotating swivel system automatically spins with your dogs’ movements, keeping the leads separated as they cross paths. No more frustrating tangles or sudden stops.

What if one dog needs to stop while the other keeps walking?

Each leash has an independent brake and lock button, so you can stop one dog while letting the other continue to move freely.

How does the warranty work?


The RotoLeash™ 360 comes with a Lifetime Warranty option. If you experience any manufacturer defects, we’ll replace it at no cost to you. That's how confident we are in our leashes.

Is it safe to use at night?

Absolutely. Each RotoLeash™ 360 includes an integrated LED flashlight as well as high visibility nylon, making you and your dogs more visible during evening or early morning walks.

How heavy is the handle?


The ergonomic ABS handle is lightweight and comfortable to hold, weighing just under 1 lb. It is designed for long walks without hand strain.
